Freezing/Not Loading/Takes your POINTS

This is by far one of my favorite games, but it continues to freeze, not load but takes my chips away. I have restarted, closed my account out several times and does not work!!

I wish they would update this app, so I can continue to play. At this point it wont load at all!!! Very frustrated!!!
